The Paws Review Popsicles and Tea from The Honest Kitchen

This week we were sent some products from the Honest Kitchen to try. What the Kitty Crew and I really like about most of their products is that both pups and kitties can enjoy them. At our house that means a lot since I am the lone pup with two kitty sisters and a kitty big brother. We all like to share so this product tasting review was lots of fun for us!

First up was the ice pups that Mama fixed for us as a broth right away because our little noses started to sniff once she started to mix it up for the ice molds. It smelled just like homemade chicken soup and the kitties and I love anything with chicken in it! Mama poured some for us in the cutest heart shaped bowls!

The kitties and I literally ran to the bowls for a taste! All of us gave the broth two paws up! Super Yum!

Mama froze the rest of the broth for later.

A few days later when there was a lot of construction going on in our apartment complex, Mama said it was the perfect time to try out our sample of the Quiet Tea. According to the label, Quiet Tea™ is rapidly becoming one of our most sought-after supplements and is ideal for pets who suffer with intermittent anxiety. It is designed to help pets maintain a calm disposition and promote relaxation.

The kitties and I gave the tea a try. I preferred to lick it off of Mama’s finger as she dipped it in the tea and I would lap it up. BOL! The kitties kind of lapped up some on the run. Everyone seemed to like it and it did have a calming effect on all of us, even when the guy with the leaf blower was right outside our screen door.

Finally, this evening Mama served us the Ice Pups that she froze into the shape of bones. The kitties didn’t seem to mind that they were not frozen into the shape of little fish. BOL!

the Ice Pups were a BIG hit with all of us. At first we all just sniffed at them and took little licks. Once they started to melt a bit that is when we all went a little Ice Pup (Kitty) crazy! We ate up all of them and licked the bowl clean!

The Ice Pups come as a powdery mix that needs water added but can be served three ways! During the winter months, add warm water to make a nourishing broth that tastes divine. Ideal after playing in the snow! In the summer, add warm water and chill or serve over ice. You can also freeze the liquid in ice cube trays to make a healthy, puppy-sorbet!

Ice Pups are a delicious way to ensure your dogs or cats are getting the moisture they need and are an easy way to increase their fluid intake if needed.

We were very pleased with both of our samples and Mama will be buying them for us again! Thank you Honest Kitchen! Keep up the great work for all of us fuzzies. We especially like the single serve packets of the Ice Pups so that a fresh batch can be made when wanted.
