Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the static version of Little Dog in the Big City. Last updated September 24, 2026. The website consists of HTML, CSS, and image assets. It does not currently include an account system, newsletter subscription, working contact form, analytics script, advertising script, or payment checkout.

Information you provide

The visible sample form on the Contact page has no submission destination and does not send its contents to us. Please do not enter personal information into it. If the site operator later adds a contact service or newsletter, this policy should be revised before the feature becomes active to describe the data collected, service provider, purpose, and retention period.

Information involved in serving pages

When you visit a site, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser type, and time to deliver the files, maintain security, and diagnose service problems. The specific host and its retention practices depend on where the site is deployed. Contact the operator or review the host’s notice for applicable details once deployed.

Third-party content

The site requests a stylesheet from Google Fonts for its typography. Your browser may contact Google to load those font files and disclose technical request information under Google’s own terms. Links to outside sites open those sites, which have separate privacy practices. We do not control their collection or processing.

Cookies and tracking

This static package does not set first-party tracking cookies or include an analytics or advertising tag. A hosting provider may use essential technical measures of its own. If tracking, ads, embedded video, or third-party forms are added later, the operator should update this policy and any consent controls appropriate to the deployment.

Data security and retention

Because the static package does not receive contact submissions or account data, it has no site-level database of reader profiles to retain. The hosting provider may retain technical logs according to its own configuration. No internet service can promise absolute security; avoid submitting sensitive information through any channel unless you understand how it is handled.

Children and changes

The site is written for general audiences and does not intentionally collect information from children. We may revise this policy as features or hosting arrangements change.
